教学评价与反思:

本节课是八年级第二学期第五单元Save the endangered animals的一堂写作课。本人设立的教学目标是让学生通过图片引入介绍,蛛网图制作、口头描述濒危动物,说明文写作等输出,达成语言表达能力的提升,同时促成学生树立保护环境、保护动物的意识。

本节课的形式主要是speaking和writing,以说促写。在热身活动环节,直接图片引入相关信息,这样做的好处是节省时间直奔主题,缺点是缺乏趣味性。如果换成教师口头描述让学生来猜动物的游戏形式,师生互动会更理想些。通过这一环节,学生很快串联起本单元已学过的各种濒危动物,此时教师抛出问题Can you guess what my favorite animal is ?由此引入第二环节绘制“蛛网图”,教师先展出自己最喜欢的动物Kiwi的“蛛网图”,并根据蛛网图所示,从六个方面即Kiwi的home, appearance, food, behavior, life, future跟学生介绍相关信息。由于学生对kiwi这种外形独特的鸟不大熟悉,图片很快就抓住了他们的眼球,从而很好地接受蛛网图描述的这种方式,自然过渡到绘制自己喜欢的动物蛛网图,并提取关键词进行口头介绍,这和广州市中考听说考试第三大题信息转述的目标是达成一致的。为了训练学生的语言组织和表达能力,在Speaking game环节,从小组内介绍到全班学生自找搭档free talk,互相交换信息,既锻炼了个人口头表达能力,又从其他同学处获取了更多知识,使大部分学生了解多种濒危动物的资料。在即将进入到writing环节前,教师指导学生关注文章的体裁、时态和篇章结构,帮助学生理清说明的顺序、理解主要的说明方法,对一些写作中常用的句型、表达方式作了集合,通过PPT打出来让学生参考。由于写作前的铺垫已经做得足够,学生在写作过程中几乎没有多少障碍,完成得比较快。教师通过实物投影仪现场评讲学生习作,让学生学习作文的评分细则,学生之间通过互评习作,从批改他人作文的过程中纠正自己的错误,也更加清楚今后作文如何写才能有效得分。课后要求完成的《自我评价表》,是让学生对本节课的学习效果和课堂表现进行自我评价,这也是学生自我复习反思的过程。

存在的不足:

1、板书过于随意。教师过分依赖PPT,忽视了板书的重要性。

2、时间分配不够恰当。绘制蛛网图前的环节过于拖拉。

3、教师的课堂用语不够严谨,课堂提问不经过深思熟虑。
