教学过程：
一、趣味热身，激情导入
1、 用play a game.( save the cat :炸弹快要爆炸，一分钟内必须找到小猫，否则就会有生命危险)来复习已经学过的方位介词： in, on, under, beside , between…and…
【设计意图】1、激发兴趣，烘托学习氛围。2、激活已学的方位介词 in ,on, under, beside, between… and…,进而更好的引入本课所要学的方位介词 in front of, behind.
二、新知呈现，教师引领
⒈教师利用课件呈现文本第一部分的图片（李明在树前面）来讲授新知。
T: Where is Li Ming? Li Ming is in front of the tree.
教师领读in front of , 学生跟读
其中 f-ron-t按音节拼读， 教师领读in front of 之后，通过“快-慢音”游戏来巩固练习 in front of ，然后一条龙来找学生读。
【设计意图】in front of 发音有难度，学生不易学会，在小游戏中来练习发音，学生可以在快乐的玩耍中来练习巩固其发音，以突破本课难点。
接下来师领读句子：Li Ming is in front of the tree.师问生答来检测。
2、教师呈现第二部分文本图片并询问：
T:Is Li Ming in front of the tree?
S: No.
T: Where is Li Ming?
S: Li Ming is behind the tree.
教师领读，学生跟读，师生问答。其中behind 是本课的重点。通过“高-低音”游戏来 练习。从而突破本课重点。
3、教师利用课件呈现文本第二部分的图片
教师引领：This is a classroom. Look at Danny. Where is Danny?
S: He’s in the classroom.
T: Now look at Danny and Li Ming . Where is Danny?
S: He’s in front of Steven.
T: So where is Steven?
S: He’s behind Danny.
T: Look at Danny ? What is he doing? He’s reading a book.
通过师问生答，在教师的引领下，来学习第二部分。
4、Listen to the tape and read it.
